1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ClassEngine.eu website and platform (the “Platform”), operated by [ClassEngine Operating Entity] (“we”, “us”, “our”).

ClassEngine.eu is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation. We do not assess the merits of any individual claim.
All legal services, including legal advice, representation, and litigation, are provided exclusively by our independent partner law firms, who are regulated by the appropriate legal authorities in their respective jurisdictions.
3. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Be resident in a jurisdiction where the Platform operates (currently Ireland, United Kingdom, and Portugal)
